Health Insurance:

The plan provides comprehensive medical coverage for all full-time team members and their dependents


Dental Insurance:

The plan provides dental coverage for all full-time team members and their dependents


Life Insurance:

Group Life Insurance provides dependents with the equivalent of one year’s salary for the employee.  The employee’s spouse and minor child are insured for $10,000.00


Prescription and Vision:

The plan offers comprehensive prescription coverage while the vision plan provides regular eye examination as well as benefits toward vision care expenses


401(k) Retirement Plan:

Belcher Consultants strongly encourages all eligible employees to participate in its 401(k) retirement plan.  The plan serves as a retirement savings vehicle, while reduces taxes.  Belcher Consultants offers a 3% match to any team member who wishes to participate in the plan.


Short Term Disability:

This coverage offers 60% of the salary of a team members who are temporarily disabled, up to the plan limit.


Supplemental Insurance:

Is available to teammembers who wish to acquire supplemental insurance through AFLAC




Time off With Pay


Belcher Consultants offers all full-time team members 7 paid holidays and one personal day.  In addition, each team member has the opportunity to earn 80 hours of vacation annually.


            Sick Leave:

                        All full-time team members are eligible for 48 hours of sick leave annually



All full-time team members receive 7 paid holidays and one personal/floating holiday.



Tuition Reimbursement:

All full-time team members are eligible for reimbursement of tuition for up to 75% of the cost of the course and materials for all approved career related courses based on successful completion. 


Seminars/Professional Membership Dues:

Team members are reimbursed 100% of the cost for approved professional society dues, as well as seminars and continuing education classes


Direct Deposit:

All team members have the option to have their paychecks deposited to their personal checking accounts
